ForkHQ works with 80mm and 58mm thermal printers (USB, LAN, Bluetooth), standard inkjet printers (A4), and laser printers. Popular brands like Epson, Star, TVS, Bixolon, and iDPRT are tested and fully supported. KOT printing works over LAN to kitchen printers.
After generating a bill, you tap "Send on WhatsApp." A GST-formatted digital bill opens in WhatsApp Web (or app) pre-filled with the customer's number and a payment link. The customer receives a professional bill with itemised GST breakdown, QR code for payment, and your restaurant's branding.
Yes. ForkHQ generates fully GST-compliant invoices with CGST, SGST, and IGST calculations based on your registered state. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B summary reports are available for direct download and submission. E-invoicing with IRN (Invoice Reference Number) is supported on Growth and Enterprise plans.

Your data is safely preserved. You'll get a reminder 3 days before the trial ends. If you choose not to upgrade, your account goes into read-only mode — you can still view old data and export reports, but new orders/billing will be paused until you subscribe.
ForkHQ requires internet for cloud sync, but POS billing can continue in offline mode during brief connectivity drops. Orders, KOTs, and bills generated offline automatically sync to the cloud when connection is restored. We recommend a backup mobile data connection for reliability.
